Some people choose natural ways of treating their acne. Here are a few natural solutions for acne problems.

First of all, you should know that what's inside is very important. While dermatologists will tell you that your diet has nothing to do with your skin, a healthy way of eating can improve your skin and your overall health. Follow sensible guidelines. Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily. Try to find organic produce. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Broil you food. Avoid fried foods. Fibre is a must. Limit your alcohol intake. Go light on the caffeine, only two cups of tea or coffee a day. Avoid sodas because they contain very high amounts of sugar and caffeine. You can get better skin and maybe even a trimmer body.

Dietary supplements will also help. Here are some supplement suggestions. A daily multivitamin. Vitamin C. A blend of vitamins A, C, and E, zinc, and selenium. A fatty acid supplement such as primrose oil or fish oil. Ideally, you should have a nutritionist help you.

Now that was for the inside, it's now time for the outside. Get a facial every month. This keeps your skin healthy. Your aesthetician will help you to identify your skin type and make recommendations about cleansers and moisturizers. The facial should involve exfoliation. If you are an adult with acne problems, you still have to moisturize your skin. Make sure that you use an SPF on your skin everyday.

There is no such thing as an overnight cure for acne. Keep in mind that any treatment takes time. A healthy diet, added nutritional supplements and a well thought out cleaning regimen will help. Remember, it would take about 6 weeks for results to show.
